For each product, we’ve developed a comprehensive suite of creative assets including:

  • Studio and on-location photography for use on the Fetco website, sell sheets, and social platforms

  • Product overview videos that explain what each piece of equipment does, who it’s for, and how to get the most out of it

  • Instructional video content that shows how to actually use the machines—dialing in recipes, troubleshooting, cleaning, and getting the most from the equipment

What sets these apart is the source of the information. We're not writing scripts in a vacuum—we’re sitting down with technicians, trainers, and cafe professionals who use Fetco equipment daily, and turning their expertise into clear, visual training tools that empower users at every level.
