We specialize in crafting brand experiences that are as layered and intentional as the products they represent. With Barista Provisions, our creative team developed a full creative campaign that introduced a new product category with clarity, beauty, and purpose.

This wasn’t just about designing packaging or taking product photos—it was about distilling years of research into a product that people would be thrilled to have access to. Instead of just asking the question of what Barista Provisions should look like, we set out to help people understand what Barista Provisions is, why it exists, and how it fits into the larger vision of Onyx offerings.



From Concept to Shelf: Visual Identity and Packaging Design

 

Our creative process began with the packaging—defining the visual language of a product line that would sit alongside Onyx’s coffee offerings but carry its own distinct identity. We explored how color, typography, and tactile elements could signal premium quality, approachability, and versatility.


 

We created custom packaging for each of the five powder offerings, balancing bold shelf presence with minimal, elegant detailing. Each product tells its own story—yet they all work together as a cohesive family.



Educating Through Storytelling: Language, Strategy, and Content

 

Barista Provisions isn’t just a product launch—it’s an invitation to play, explore, and elevate. With new categories like these, education is everything. Our team worked to shape the language and storytelling strategy that would introduce Barista Provisions to both baristas and home users with clarity and excitement.

We developed:

  • Product messaging and copywriting for packaging, web, and internal training

  • Usage guidelines and educational content to help customers understand how each powder can be used creatively

  • Brand voice calibration to make the product line feel inclusive and empowering, not niche or technical

From internal documents to customer-facing messaging, we helped define how this line speaks—and how it inspires.



Launching With Impact: Photo, Video, and Digital Assets

 

To bring Barista Provisions to market, we produced a robust bank of custom photo and video content. These assets were used across Onyx’s website, social channels, and internal launch materials.

 

 

We created:

  • High-end product photography for each offering

  • Creative drink builds to show off the powders in use

  • Video content tailored for digital platforms, including how-tos, behind the scenes content, and creative drink recipes

  • Website visuals to anchor the new category online
